The Small Business Advisory Council allows small businesses interested in ECR’s policy approach, possible ESOP transition, and engagement with members of Congress on small business growth policy issues to lend their business expertise, insights, and voice to bolster ECR’s advocacy efforts. The SBAC provides ECR members with critical feedback and insights that help shape our policy ideas and legislative strategy and played a vital role in the passage of the ESOP sole-source pilot program during the FY22 NDAA.
